Can I buy directly from Studio RTA? We do not sell directly to the public, but our furniture is sold at retailers everywhere. Please visit our list of featured retailers.
Can you send me a catalog? No. We do not deal directly with the public. Please do not call us to request a catalog.
What should I do if I'm missing parts for my unit? Click on PARTS ONLINE then enter all the required information and we will gladly ship your replacement parts free of charge. You must have the instructions to use this option. If you need instructions, please DOWNLOAD them from this site and then fill out the form. Please note, this is the fastest way to obtain your parts. Do not call us after placing the online order and reorder the same parts, as this will only delay your shipment. If none of these options work for you then call our 800 number (800-445-1527)
How long does it take to receive a replacement part that is missing or damaged in my unit? We are located in Los Angeles, California and we ship all our parts by ground so it can take up to 7 days to get them if the parts are in stock.
I purchased an "L" shaped desk from your company and I have two computers. Is there any way to purchase an extra keyboard assembly? Some of our units do have optional keyboard assemblies available for a reasonable cost plus shipping charges. For availability, please call our parts department and have the model number of the unit handy.
I purchased an item from an online retailer and when the trucking company dropped it off, the box was visibly damaged. What should I do? If you see that it might have been dropped or mishandled, do not sign and accept it. Call the place of purchase and explain this to them so another one can be shipped. If you do accept the item we can send you the parts needed to complete the unit, in most cases.
Do you offer home assembly? No, but if you contact the store you purchased the item from, they might be able to give you information for an onsite assembly company.
How long does it take to assemble a Studio RTA product? Assembly times vary depending on the item purchased. Some models can be time consuming while others may take only a few minutes. It depends on the complexity of the unit purchased and how much experience the assembler has.
What tools do I need to assemble a Studio RTA product? In most cases, the only thing you will need is a good quality #2 phillips screwdriver, a pair of pliers and a tape measure. Most of our hardware kits come with the proper size allen wrenches to assemble the unit complete. A cordless screwdriver or drill is helpfull, but not required.
I purchased an item and when I opened the box, the instructions were missing. What should I do? Try and find them on our ONLINE
INSTRUCTIONS section. If you can't find them there, just call our 800 number and we can e-mail or fax them to you.
Can I add casters to my furniture I purchased? We do not recommend installing casters on a unit that was not designed for casters. It is not safe, and if you add anything not listed in the original instructions, the warranty is void.
Can you give me the cost of a certain item? Studio RTA furniture is sold only at retail stores and by online furniture retailers. Prices will vary. You should shop around for the best price availabe.
