We want what you want-satisfied customers. Because we know that your customers remember the store where they bought the furniture, not necessarily the brand of furniture. By always delivering high quality products we help build customer loyalty to your store. We also do everything possible to eliminate returns. Our assembly instructions are intelligible and easy to follow. They are written here in the US and are not translations of instructions written by the factory. And in the event that an enduser can't follow the directions, our hotline operators can walk the consumer step-by-step through the assembly process.
We also do everything to keep you, the retailer, satisfied with your relationship with Studio RTA. We can offer you Direct Container programs with fill-in stock from our own 27,000 pallet-full inventory. Or we'll institute a drop ship program for our customers who require it.
